Little King Boggen

Little King Boggen he built a fine hall,
Pie-crust and pastry-crust, that was the wall;
The windows were made of black puddings and white,
And slated with pancakes---you ne'er saw the like.

Happy Poetry Friday, all!

Yum. An edible house. Peter Pumpkin eater's neighbor perhaps. Very cute. Thanks for sharing, Lorie Ann.

I just ate black pudding for the very first time last night so very funny to read this little poem this morning! The illustration is lovely.
